Welcome to Mafia MMO. By accessing or using our website, game platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and play Mafia MMO. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You agree not to share your account or sell, trade, or transfer it to another user.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.

3. User Conduct

While Mafia MMO is themed around criminal gameplay, all real-life user behavior must follow community standards. You agree:

• Not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users outside roleplay
• Not to exploit bugs, cheats, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Not to impersonate staff members, admins, or other users
• Not to post offensive or illegal content (hate speech, explicit material, etc.)

4. Virtual Currency & Purchases

• Mafia MMO offers in-game items and currency ("Crystals", "VIP", etc.) that can be purchased with real money.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep Mafia MMO online at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Game progress and data may be lost due to bugs, server issues, or maintenance.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt the game environment.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicate your acceptance.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mafia MMO and its owners, employees, or affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
