1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and play Mafia MMO. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Not share, sell, trade, or transfer your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3 User Conduct

While Mafia MMO is themed around criminal gameplay, real-life behavior must follow community standards. You agree:

• Not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users outside roleplay
• Not to exploit bugs, cheats, or third-party tools
• Not to impersonate staff members or other users
• Not to post offensive or illegal content
• To respect other players and maintain a positive environment
• To report violations and bugs responsibly

4 Virtual Currency & Purchases

Mafia MMO may offer in-game items and currency (e.g., “Crystals”, “VIP”).

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value
• Prices and offers may change without notice
• We may modify, remove, or discontinue virtual items

5 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

• The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance or updates
• Progress/data may be lost due to bugs or server issues
• We are not liable for loss of virtual items, currency, or progress

6 Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt the game environment.

• Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban
• Banned accounts may forfeit virtual items/currency
• Appeals may be submitted through official support channels
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

7 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by SaMz Media or licensed partners.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute game content
• User-generated content remains yours but grants us usage rights
• We may use feedback/suggestions without compensation

8 Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

10 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of virtual items.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.

12 Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
